Physical & Medical Standards

Army

  • 1.6 km run (Timed)
  • Pull-ups (Max marks for higher reps)
  • 9-feet ditch jump & Zig-zag balance
  • Height varies by region; Chest expansion required.

Navy

  • 1.6 km run
  • Push-ups, Squats, Sit-ups
  • Male: 157 cm | Female: 152 cm
  • Vision must meet medical standards.

Air Force

  • Running & prescribed strength exercises
  • Strict medical standards for hearing and eyesight.
General Medical Requirements: Candidates must have good physical/mental health, normal hearing, no major deformities, and fit cardiovascular systems.

Technical: Physics, Chemistry, Math, GK.

Indian Navy Exam

Objective testing for SSR and MR.

Air Force Vayu
